• Feature

It is mainly used to check the torque of electric driver.Of course, it can be used to check manual torque wrenches.
 Common + bit can be used for checking with standard equipped attachment.
To correspond to customer's special bit, we will do a special processing.
 (Additional cost will be charged.   Please inquire. )

You can choose appropriate measuring range from 6 models from 1N･cm(0.1kgf･cm) to 20N･m(200kgf･cm) according to required torque.
The measuring torque value conforms to the torque data of Torque Analyzer (torque analysis system).
The digit number switch function ( 3 digits /4 digits ) was added under many customers’expectation.

Following functions are normally equipped .

・Printer output (the printer is exclusively for Digimatic miniprocessor from MITUTOYO(DP-1VA))

• Right peak / left peak measurement mode

A series of forward / reverse maximum torque measurement is separately displayed on a two-section screen.

• External input / output function

The gauge can be operated by receiving external signals.

.Continuous data capture signal "COP": It is possible to capture the data and see real-time changes while the "COP" signal is being input at 2KHZ intervals.

.One-shot data capture signal "INT": Data can be captured at any time.

• USB connection

By connecting to a personal computer (PC) via USB, it is possible to change the settings of this meter by the PC, or send data to the PC.

• Printer output

• Data can be output to a printer without PC. (*Please use Mitutoyo's Digimatic Mini Processor(DP-1VA) as the dedicated printer.)

• With backlight

Clear visibility in dimly lit places.
