Absolute value measurement

If you set the angle measured using another level or similar device as the absolute value of 0 degrees, you can measure angles from horizontal at any time. The set angle will be retained even when the power is turned off.

(*) If the device is subjected to a strong impact such as being dropped or if the battery is replaced, the setting will be reset, and the absolute value will need to be reset.

Relative value measurement

Any angle can be set to 0 degrees, and then positive and negative comparative measurements can be made from that angle. This is useful for product inspection, measuring angles in bending sheet metal, machining, etc.
